SAN MATEO, Calif. – March 27, 2008 – Following a September partnership agreement, Untangle (www.edge.arista.com) announced today the availability of a comprehensive Untangle Policy Module for Level Platforms’ Managed Workplace®. Support for Untangle within Managed Workplace means that MSPs utilizing Untangle’s and Level Platforms’ technology can experience increased operational efficiency via centralized workflow. MSPs rely on operational efficiency to grow their profitability and keep their customer networks running smoothly.
With the seamless integration between Untangle and Level Platforms, MSPs can now use Level Platforms’ Managed Workplace to monitor and receive alerts from each of their client’s Untangle gateway servers about system resources (including availability, CPU utilization, memory, disk space, etc.) and platform statistics (such as spam counts, web filter pages blocked/passed, intrusion attempts, viruses blocked, data transfer rates, platform configuration status and change dates).
