Program Details

  • This is an ongoing Hardware as a Service model. The customer pays the monthly payment through the subscription period. If the customer chooses not to renew the subscription, the appliance must be returned to us.
  • Pricing is for the appliance only (software subscription is not included).
  • The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
  • The hardware is always under warranty. A defective product will either be repaired or replaced.
  • The customer pays for the initial shipping of the appliance. We will pay the return shipping at the end of the subscription.
  • Customers with multiple Hardware as a Service appliances can sync their payments into one easy monthly payment.
